Smart move to upgrade July 21, 2010

I ordered this as a replacement for an existing pull out kithcen faucet. This one is SO much better. It was very easy for my husband to install and it works great.

I have no plumbing skills whatsoever (really none)and was able to replace our old pullout Faucet with this new one. The install doesn't require any special tools or brand specific wrench (urgh! Delta and your custom size wrench to take the old faucet out!) I was quoted $325 to install by a local plumber. It took me less than 20 minutes after reading the instructions. The flexible supply hoses make it very easy. The faucet feels heavy, solid, and well built. The polished chrome is very nice. Time will tell the rest of the story.

After installing this faucet myself I was having difficulty getting the same flow I got from my old faucet. I inspected my installation and performed my own troubleshooting for many hours to no avail. I reluctantly called the support line not expecting much help and fully expected to go through the whole repackage, warranty return, wait, pay shipping and wait dance.
The representative walked me through about 5 minutes of troubleshooting. We were unable to resolve the problem. She asked for the model number, my name and shipping address. In three days replacement parts arrived. I installed one of the parts and the faucet worked wonderfully. Minimal wait on the shipping, excellent support, no hassle and extra spare parts. Well done Kohler. You now have a `maven' in Colorado.

purchased this to replace 11 year old Groe faucet. This one is white, and works but is not as forceful a spray as the original. Probably stronger water restriction requirements?
Anyway, this works well enough and installed easily.
Did have a problem after 6 years but Kohler fixed it for free May 2, 2010

I did not purchase this from Amazon as it was part of a whole house remodel but when after 6 years I sprung a leak between the hose and the head, I called Kohler and was promptly sent a new head. It works perfectly and contrary to other reviews, my pressure is improved from the first design of the Coralais head. If you buy this product in the US you get a limited lifetime warranty...don't know what the limits are, but I couldn't be more pleased with Kohler's service. So for those of you who are unhappy with pressure or problems, CALL Kohler!
