I am doing a little bit of renovating in my bathroom. As the master bathroom has already been fitted with the Catalina collection by Price Pfister, this same model was a natural choice for the guest bath. I keep having to remind myself though that, when you pay less, sometimes you get less. I was not under the impression that this faucet was anything short of brand-new, and in brand-new condition. In this case, I received the faucet assembly in a tattered box. Curious, I pulled everything out and found all parts to be intact. I was disappointed to find that the shower head had a few small dings in it. I have since been disappointed to find that the valve assembly has been leaking since installed. Mind you, the leaks are very small, but leaks nonetheless, and leaks coming from something I thought I was getting brand-new. I am sure the fix will be a simple one, but I am disappointed.
